I enjoyed reading this eBook. It was a quick read but I have a few suggestions. Add tips on resume information that would really gain interview calls. Add a section of those who may not be minimum wage and retail but tips for those looking to change careers. Maybe proofread the book again because there were typos and while not in a large amount, it was a little distracting. I agree with the other review, add a few more basic task direction sections. Stumbled across this book, and glad I did. Read it beginning to end and appreciated the simple things that I had completely forgotten about. Sometimes we tend to make 2+2 impossible to resolve by totally over thinking the simplicity. It's really great that someone can make life simple for us by merely putting it into words. Thanks for the much appreciated help desk guide - short, sweet, and simple!

Great book for beginners. It is worth the price. May be the author can expand it and put more info., specially technical information, like setting up email accounts or so.
